Shipping & Delivery
When can I expect my order?
Most customers receive their packages within 6–15 business days. Orders are carefully processed, packed, and verified within 1–3 business days before shipment.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, CUKOT ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal when available at checkout.
What currency will I be charged in?
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
My payment didn’t go through — what should I do?
Please verify that your billing information matches your bank records and ensure your payment method has sufficient funds available. If the issue continues, your bank may be blocking the transaction for security reasons.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Are there any return fees?
There are no hidden fees or restocking charges. Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to a change of mind or ordering error.
Troubleshooting Issues
My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please allow 24–48 hours as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early. We also recommend checking with neighbors, reception desks, or building management. If your package still cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
I received the wrong item — what now?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us a photo of the item along with your order number and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
