At CUKOT, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation
- Not be marked as final sale or non-returnable
Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, CUKOT will cover all reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Order
If you ordered the wrong item, selected an incorrect size, or simply no longer want the product, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
No Restocking Fees
CUKOT does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2: Package Your Item
Carefully package the product in its original packaging with all included accessories, tags, and materials.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Refund Process
Inspection
All returned items are inspected upon arrival to verify eligibility.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any non-returnable products will be clearly identified on the product page prior to purchase.
